Mr. Patterson, it is very unfortunate that your product is missing. We have provided to you the proof of delivery to your front door from UPS matching your Amazon packing slip. It is not possible for us to be responsible for the custody of items after they have been delivered.

Your order has been refunded in full. The freight company has accepted full liability for the damaged equipment. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused, and we are in the process of adding more delivery capacity on our own trucks to prevent these issues.

Dear sir, First, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We take these seriously and are always trying to improve. We regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations with this order. We always perform two quality control tests prior to anything being shipped, so we believe the x-ray control unit was damaged during transit. Regarding the x-ray unit not reaching your chair, these units are available with various arm lengths. It was unfortunate the length was not specified and what you received was not long enough for your treatment room layout. Replacing the arm with a longer length was certainly an option. Finally, you were missing items from your new delivery unit. We offered expedited shipping on these items, but you declined. We also offered to pay your tech’s labor bill for any return trips for the repair. Again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations on this order.

Dr. Walter M - This review is the first we have heard from you about this issue, and we have attempted to reach out to you to resolve the problem with your Trophy ETX X-ray. As you explained that you were unable to find a replacement control board for your 1980s model unit, we did locate a matching X-ray from that era. We mounted and fully tested the machine, including the state required EPE (Equipment Performance Evaluation). With everything tested and working normally, we removed the control board and shipped it to you. Your unit likely has an issue with the tube head or other components since it functions the same as with your original board. We do offer free technical support in addition to obsolete parts and welcome you reaching out to us anytime.

Livona Dental Care - we are sorry there appears to have been a communication issue on your recent return. After researching the details of your order we understand the cart you ordered was larger than you needed and you wanted to return it. As originally discussed, your office was to ship the cart back, then you would receive a full refund. Per your later request for a return label, we refunded the full price of the cart less return shipping. Please be assured no restocking fee was charged. We thank you for shopping with Dental Planet and hope you will consider us again in the future.

Eric, we apologize your film processor did not work upon receipt and that we were not able to provide a solution that you were confident in. We pride ourselves in the quality of our equipment. These units were in fact certified and working when they left our facility and we are exploring different shipping methods to prevent future problems like this. Thank you in advance for returning the defective unit. We will be providing you a full refund and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you again.
