I need a hard copy of the details of the plan I purchased.

I submitted a question on the required form and have NEVER received a reply.

Either they pay only 10% of major dental work immediately, or 40% of major dental work after one year for individual plans. . . You pay them less but still end up paying more for your treatment. That's not a good deal. I cancelled immediately.

When I purchased the policy I was told it would pay what my primary dental plan did not. This has not happened--Delta has hardly paid anything. Will probably drop it. Please review my claims and you will see what I am talking about. Patricia Burrier.
