Not entirely pleased with Delta Dental, didn't live up to advertising claims, leaving way higher co-pays than they predicted.

Signed up for dental coverage and never received policy information or dental coverage card. I will be cancelling because with out this information I can't even make an appointment. I'm paying for something I can't use!

Mistakes were made initially, address, start date, etc which leaves me concerned about how claims and Billing will be handled.

Online application confusing. Ended up ordering two insurance plans because I didn't get any response for 6 days. Then had to cancel one. Hard to find phone numbers for questions or problems. You either get automated or someone who transfers you and then you don't have phone number when you get cut off. Everything ok now but it took about a 1 1/2 months to get everything straight. Haven't used insurance yet.

it is usefull if your going to general dentist. but specialized dentist just give 20% off.
