Are you Delta Dental? If so, I had a conversation regarding procurement of an individual plan for myself. Since then I have heard nothing. Was I accepted? Do I have a plan? I recently received a new bank card, as my bank determined my account had been hacked. I would greatly appreciate a conversation with a real person from Delta Dental so I can know whether or not I qualify for coverage. Thank You, Barbara Stafford

I have not received my insurance information. Very disappointed because your agent was quick to take my payment and assured me I would get this information emailed to me within 24 hrs.

I made a purchase of dental insurance from your website. Thereafter, I heard nothing or received nothing from anyone except lost $158 dollars for nothing. I sent an email reply back to your office but no responded. I believe your office is a bogus and fraud.

Misleading advertising

Guardian dental insurance is the worst insurance, they don’t want to pay for anything. Dental office said you’re pre-approved then you get a large bill. Save your money and just pay for your services because they are a joke. I will be canceling with them. The worst ever!!!

The salespeople are rude, once they know you’re not purchasing asap.

Charged me twice for my daughter's dental plan. Then I was told I could not talk to a representative because my name wasn't on the account, in which the money is being drafted out of my account monthly and I started it for her.. Geeez

Never recieved my new contract You have taken money out of my account since March 13, 2023 Your repensive said my dental insurance was reinstated I had some account issues going on when my policy lapped. I'm upset no one talks to me about this I was a good customer for years
