Happy with our choice however it would have been way less confusing & easier to navigate if there was a link to the outside administrators of the Delta Premier plans. I spent a long time on the site trying to find them & determining if what I was looking at was a premier plan etc. Come to find out hours later that these plans are only offered thru a third party. But they are delta plans & are not listed on the delta site.

Hi Linda, This is DentalInsurance.com. I see that you purchased a plan through us from the Provider Delta Dental. I have asked our Customer Service department to get in touch with you to get this all squared away. You should hear from them tomorrow and they can either assist you, or reach out to Delta and get you what you need. Best, DentalInsurance.com

I bought insurance starting 1.1.2021 and elected to pay the full year. The amount was deducted from my account on Dec. 3rd 2020. This is a bit ridiculous or shall I say greedy. This was the last time I will pay you yearly.

Hi. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this purchase. It's customary to withdraw the funds at the time of purchase for plans. That way if there are any issues with payments the customer knows right in that moment.

I can’t believe you use SS numbers for account numbers with the vision plan. Very insecure and not best practice.

Emailed original request on 11-14-2018-I received email from Delta indicating that my original email was received and was sent to be processed. It was apparently not followed up on until today after I called.
