I have not been able to use it to rate . I did purchase this plan as it said immediate, but that’s a play on words I have to wait 3 weeks. Very disappointed in that as that’s how my decision was made .

Average, it was a bit demanding and directing when simply wanted information but had to go through the entire process. I stopped a couple times and went to competitor sites before completing.
