Dental Plan is worthless and only good if you getting fillings or teeth cleaned. If its major that 10,000 dollar policy will only pay a couple of 100 dollars and, you are left with the balance. Overall, if you need any kind of work done immediately, they are not the choice to make. They will pay 10% and you are stuck with paying the 90% which means you really don't need them. This was not explained to me this ripoff until the dental work was started.

The worst experience I have ever had on a call to customer service in my life. I was rerouted 5 or 6 times and each time told completely difference thing from prior rep on the phone.Just want to get dental insurance. I thought your company sold insurance but I guess not because no one could help me.

I must cancel as my dentist is not on network. Have been customer for 5 years. Was told that i must pay over $500 to cancel. Call center and supervisor was no help. Said i had a 1 year contract which i did not.
