Hi Sandra. Don't worry, this happens from time to time, we've got you covered. I'm having our Customer Support team follow up with you. You should have gotten an email from the Carrier with your plan information already. (Often we find it hidden away in a junk mail folder.) Hmmmm. While I agree that is a problem, I'm not sure that this is from our company. I'm going to have our Customer Service Department reach out to you. The first red flag is "bi weekly" as a payment option, which is not one of our options. I'm hoping we can clear this up a bit with you and help figure out what happened. Thanks.

Deceptive pricing, deceptive effective dates, you arent even paying for the insurance plan you click on. the effective date says it will start earlier until you pay, then it changes upon paying. Coverage is terrible and then after canceling and confirming cancelation you charged my card.
