I sent an email asking someone to call me. Someone called back very soon. She was very helpful. I thought I wanted a certain plan, but I had several questions so she explained a lot of details and I ended up buying a different plan which was better for me. I really appreciated her help.

I don’t like getting quotes or speaking with sales people, and it seems as though if you want to know the price of anything these days you have to give your phone number to proceed. Then you are immediately bombarded with calls from sales. I appreciate chat methods with a live representative better to whom I can get price comparisons. My representative was so helpful and I couldn’t have navigated the site without her. Thank-you Carlyn!
