Dentalinsurance.com offers a variety of plans and competitive prices. The website was easy to use, although I had trouble signing up online. When I called, a representative provided good service and completed the application process for me over the phone. We haven't used dental services yet, but the sign-up process was pretty easy.

The guy that enrolled me with dental insurance was extremely nice and patient with me. He answered most of my questions. Took is time with me. Have not received confirmation of the enrollment, wish I had the information so I can move forward and set up appointments

I received the information requested promptly and I called next day for some clarification. Left voice messages but not response until I Emailed asking the agent to call me. He called back and everything worked out.

Placed on hold several times. Transferred to different people to help me and then back again. Once we got on track the service was great.
