I was a regular user of this service. I think their attention to detail is amazing. I love the way these two guys are all over the place like Celino and Barnes advertisements from Western New York in the 90s. Lol. Eliot is strongly and emotionally involved with lots of pride. These guys basically do everything perfectly except for their network of playlists. Try telling them this is and big old proud Elliot might bite your head off. These streams coming from these American cities are totally fraudulent, and are highly questionable. When they say “verifiable data” don’t mistaken that for the legitimacy of their playlists. Verifiable data can apply to anything in your Spotify for artists account. An American artist getting streams from Mongolia is also “verifiable data.” Eliot goes on and on about how if you don’t have an artist radio you must be generating artificial streams….lmao All the while last time I checked more than half of the artist on these playlists they have in their network don’t have artist radios. Total contradiction and completely neglectful of the playlists that these guys support. He should use a lot of that proud angry energy he has and direct it more towards the building of a real network of real playlists. Anyways I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them and I have every right to talk this way and I still say they’re a great business…. Hopefully Elliot does not come back with a rebuttal, because he can be a bully and I highly anticipate that…. and I’ll edit this post and go back-and-forth with him all day… hopefully it doesn’t come to that, hopefully he takes this as constructive criticism, and hopefully he fixes his network of playlists once and for all because that’s the only thing missing to make this a great company. It would be nice if they were more for helping artists get recognized by Spotify as opposed to whatever else is going on. You know what would be awesome? If these guys provided exactly what Spotify is looking for to build traction in their system and get yourself on an editorial playlist. Blogs and YouTube and socials and really attacking to build a fanbase. Like a complete total package that also includes Facebook ads and generating streams from socials, and building followers. Do a monthly package like this Elliott! Forget the streams. Help artists build a Fanbase to show Spotify they belong on an editorial. That would be brilliant and people with budgets will come in two seconds to join. Absolutely no doubt about the fact of how well you know the business…. help artists build a fanbase that Spotify will recognize! Offer a complete management package! *** response *** This is what I’m talking about. I never insulted you. I simply told you directly my opinion about your network of playlists. Always combined with a complement to your company in the process. You take that network of playlists so personally man. What about an invitation to people with legitimate personal playlists to build your network? That would be cool. Constant ads running inviting people to submit their personal active playlists. I actually like dealing with you guys. I’ve learned now (because I’m advertising on Spotify and I actually have an ad rep that works with the editorial team….our rep is trying to help fix our profile) that Spotify does not look for streams and playlists. They look for an existing fan base as reasons and motivation to playlist you. Just saying like a total package type thing that can really tackle this would be good. Facebook ads, YouTube promotion, and tiktok ads all in one shot. Maybe more specifics on ad spend.

Hey there, Philip. I appreciate the feedback. I'm sorry we came across as though we were bullying you, we turned up our tone toward you after you had insulted me and my team personally and took things way too far. However I appreciate your feedback. No one can get artists on to editorial playlists except for Spotify themselves. And, we do offer an ad management service like you described, as well as Blog articles and social media management. Wish you and your daughter the best going forward
