OK. Finally it happened. I had to wait a pretty long time to see everything fixed, but they made it. Transfers work also well, both ways (bank accounts to card and vice-versa). Now i am a happy customer. For sure support still shows room for improvement but i believe it has to do with sins of youth. It works, and whatever is in my contract got respected so far.
