I’ve had the pleasure of shopping with Demons Basement couldn’t be more impressed with the communication through up and downs with the company and once my clothing finally arrived after 7-8 weeks the quality was well worth it at a great price. It’s some reviews mentioning “scam” and things but don’t believe this company went through an delay issue with cuatoms and their manufacturer. They are always concerned and willing to fix the issue plus they communicate a lot. DEFINITELY RECOMMED!!!!

Every single order has came on time and if there was a delay, they updated me in the discord AND through my email! These bad reviews seem like people who just didn't try to contact support OR didnt realize this wasnt a preorder brand like shien or temu, W brand and W clothing!

My daughter loves the soul eater jackets they have and are super high quality! We waited about a month and communication was flawless. Definitely recommend

Overall I had a really good experience, quality is amazing and the designs are really cool as well. Had little delays here and there but the wait time is definitely worth it and I always received my orders. Customer service is also very quick and super helpful. I will most definitely be back to buy more again in the future lol. I see a lot of people giving bad reviews but I think otherwise honestly. Give them a chance!
