Maybe you sent these items to the wrong address perhaps which happens to some as they mistype their address or they move and forget to email us to change their address which is no issue at all. Also, be aware of fake websites that pretend to be us and sell non licensed items as we have told you all we only have one official page. We see you ordered a mystery item from our warehouse sale which was $10 an half off product and as stated in the description you may receive a t shirt, jacket, bottoms, or accessories as it is a mystery item. We do know some of you all have expectations and do apologize that you are upset with the item you may have got but as stated it is a mystery item and all are shipped within the same week.
