As to my understanding and looking at our system your orders were refunded so I would definitely check with your bank as your orders were no longer going to be fulfilled due to being refunded and cancelled as inventory was delayed a significant amount of days. We also notified you all in multiple weekly and monthly updates stating orders in your batch were being refunded as well due to the delay on this batch of orders specifically so this review is not truthful and is very well false. Also, I see multiple disgusting emails from you as well calling our team members out of their name not being respectful at all and your issue was still resolved!
