As to my understanding and looking at our system your order was "partially delivered" as you ordered an item that was pre order also along with the pre made item you ordered! You have been reassured of this in many weekly updates and a note was sent in your order and we marked on your receipt as well stating the "your order will be received in 2 parcels." Hey Edward, Thank you for your review and support. All orders from 1 1/2 - 2 years ago have been fulfilled and were by March of 2024. If you have any difficulties with your order being lost or stuck in transit please email us at [email protected] and we will put in a case with USPS for you and have this order investigated.
