fail production
I ordered the boots a number smaller cause the reviews said they are a little bit large. fast is I got them and I could have ordered 4 numbers smaller. the boot is just falling from my foot. size fail which is not my fault. now they want 45 shipping costs to return them. maybe that's how they make their money. shame!!!! I am really angry

the shoes ripped so easily since they are made out of a foam material. I wore the shoes three times and already had to glue the front strap back on.

Bought it 3 weeks before EDC
Bought it 3 weeks before EDC. It came with a broken zipper. I contacted customer service to see if they’ll send me a replacement soon. They just made me return it and said I’ll only receive store credit. Still haven’t gotten the credit and edc is just next week. I’m out 120$ and no shoes. They need to check their product before sending it to their customers.
