Ordered the FUNN-15 platforms in black. They arrived with one of the silver heart attachments already missing on the right sandal. I could've worked with that. But as soon as I put them on and walk in them, one of the silver hearts on the left sandal breaks and half of it falls off, leaving a sharp half behind. Next day, the remaining right one pops off in the same fashion. Now I'm down to one heart. Sent them an email, day of them arriving with pictures of the sandals before I put them on, one piece already missing. Never received a reply back.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, i emailed and got a very unhelpful message back saying they don’t do exchanges. The boots came with info about refunds so I said I wanted a refund than an exchange.. Then told I need to pay the expensive postage back, understandable as it’s my fault but I paid £130 total and thought I would get back more than total of £47, deducting £51 postage, when it says the post costs £26.92, so I technically lost all my money by posting them back. And ignored my messages asking why. Better customer service would be appreciated.

The boots were pretty and the size ok. One of them had a small detachment in front, between the platform and the boot, but nothing too bad. But the first time I went out wearing them, and came back the platform detached itself from the boot in the back. One screw that was between platform and boot was broken (bad quality screws), and the other one of the boot that I checked just in case was totally bent. Also bad glue quality.

My left shoe's sole fell off after the second time I wore it.

I didnt even get my order because Demonia uses DHL and my oder got sent back to the shipper because of some issue with my name??? I was too scared to make another order because they were to vague about the issue that I was not sure my order would actually make it to me. I don't recommend making a purchase from Demonia directly, probably better off finding a retailer that doesn't use DHL to ship.

The box stated the shoes were us 8 But UK 5 Meaning they did not fit

Never got my order and customer service was no help
