I purchased two pairs from you one came in great and my girlfriend loves them the other pair started separating from the sole right out of the box

tho its a perfect fit the material is very rough and presses on toes when worn making it uncomfortable

I DID get a refund in the end but it was a hassle. I ordered the boots as per their size guide recommended. They were far too large and came with chunks of the platform missing and scratches and adhesive marks on the boots. The company sent me a link to review the boots, which I did honestly and the review was never posted on the website. In the meanwhile I emailed the company and after about 2 to 3 weeks they told me to send the boots back for QC to inspect. It took several more follow up emails of me asking if I would receive a refund. I did eventually, which was nice, but my review was never posted so I put it on Amazon. What a shame, I can't really say I recommend purchasing from this company. I'm glad I got a refund but selecting only vertain reviews to display and making clients specifically ask multiple times about refunds isn't cool.

I really love the styles and range that is offered, having four pairs of demonias myself. But the quality of the shoe is nearly always debatable. Often they come with scuff marks, or visible glue, my latest shoe had the platform separate from the shoe while walking. Where the response from customer service was to fix it myself. (Which I did and I still wear them) The shoes are fairly comfortable to wear and look gorgeous, just be prepared to fix something.

The style was great, but the calves are too tight and the toe box is uncomfortable. I ordered the correct size, anything bigger would’ve been too long. I don’t recommend these boots if you have any meat on your calves, even loosening the laces isn’t much help

one black pair wasn't the right size and I was really looking forward to that pair on the white shoe, the right foot is too tight so it hurts my skin when I try to wear it. But this doesn't take away how beautiful and great quality these shoes are

Firstly, the flap on the inside of the zips was sewn too close thus preventing the zip from working. Also, the buckles don't have enough holes punched to allow for thinner calves, and so remain loose and flappy. Having to bodge holes in parts of new boots is not good. Other than these two faults they are OK, and very comfortable.
