As cute and comfy as these shoes are, the straps are absolute trash and will stretch until breaking after very few wears, mine took less than 2 wears :-(. Very disappointed especially seeing as how the rest of the shoe is in perfect condition. Buyer beware

So basically I got the camel 311s in white, was super excited to try them on and found that they wouldn't zip around my calves. Now I am not the skinniest girl I will be honest so I'm not going to blame the company but I will say it definitely hurt my feelings when they didn't fit.

i purchased these shoes in hopes that the “wide calf” would fit. i wasn’t surprised when they didn’t but i was surprised that they wouldn’t accept my refund. keep in mind i only tried the shoes on once and walked through my living room. i got a response with a picture of the bottom of the shoes (i cleaned them but i suppose not good enough for them) and was told that they were “scuffed” and unreturnable. alas i told them i’d take them back. then comes the problem with shipping. they provided the wrong weight information so i paid for the shipping label plus the extra amount for false weight. i was so excited to purchase shoes from this brand but as of now, i’m just very- very disappointed and frustrated with my overall experience.

Expensive, and for what ? The shoes are so low quality that it hurts me to have spent more than 200 dollars (i had to pay a lot to get these shipped to my country). Will never buy Demonia shoes again
