It appears that based on the order information that you provided that you placed this order on a different website. Demonia only has one website, that is DemoniaCult.com. There are impersonators that use our brand name and allege to sell our products for much cheaper. These are scams. The order number that you provided is in the same format as other customers who have also fallen victim to this scam. We would kindly ask that you remove your review, as it is unrelated to DemoniaCult.com and that you write your review on the proper domain for the website that you purchased from.

Hi Becky, Thanks for your review. We were able to look into the history of your order with the provided information. We located your order with 1 pair of boots and 1 pair of sandals, which constitutes your entire order history. You returned the boots to us in April 5 2024, and upon inspection, our returns team discovered that they were very heavily worn, dirty, rusted, and the laces were missing. In addition to this, we did not locate any defects. The bottom was not detached. We notified you that these shoes were returned in worn condition and would not be accepted for a refund on April 9th. We held the shoes for several weeks, but did not receive any response to our message. Per our policy on returning used merchandise, we disposed of the shoes. At no point did we receive any emails from you notifying us about any defects on the shoes, such as the "bottom coming off", and no defect was found on the pair that you returned to us.

The story of you receiving another type of product altogether is the same as other customers who have also fallen victim to this scam. We would kindly ask that you remove your review, as it is unrelated to DemoniaCult.com and that you write your review on the proper domain for the website that you purchased from.

Upon reviewing your order, it appears there was an error in our shipping process, where your label was mistakenly applied to the wrong package. While mistakes like this are rare, they are entirely on us, and I deeply regret that this happened with your very first order. To make things right, we’ve issued a full refund for your purchase, along with 1000 Cult Cash as a gesture of goodwill. While we understand this doesn’t replace the excitement of receiving the boots you’d been looking forward to, we hope it helps in some way. Regarding the incorrect items, our policy is to not require customers to return products that were sent in error, as we don’t want to inconvenience you further for a mistake that was ours.
