I feel like if I'm going to pay +$100 for a pair of shoes the sole should be at least sewed onto the shoe. Unfortunately when I was walking home from work it started raining (it wasn't heavy rain) and the shoes got a bit wet, like 3 days passed & the sole got completely detached from the shoe. The shoes are less than 6 months old and I'm very sad since I spent almost 2 years saving up so I could buy them :( These were the Emily-315 - Black Vegan Leather in Size 9.

The shoes that I received only arrived with one insole. These were non-returnable/exchangeable shoes, so I contacted customer service, who said they would send me a replacement insole for the shoe that did not arrive with one, and would let me know if they had the necessary piece. It has been over a week, and I have received no notice on whether the insole is available or headed to me. This was my first purchase with Demonias and I am honestly surprised, I have heard such good things about the company from all of my close friends. A little disappointed :(

I don’t think they’re particularly well made. The fit is sloppy, the tongue is thin, and honestly I discovered I’m not a fan of Vegan leather — which is not your fault. They came missing one eyelet, and another in the buckle has already been displaced. I think the quality is well below average.

1. Demoniacult should pay for return shipping. I was under the impression that returns could be FULLY refunded. Shipping counts in that math. 2. We ordered a second size since the first pair was too small. The larger size was of such poorer quality and, well, just different! The thread was a different color and the lug sole was ALSO different. The tongue on the shoe was poorly attached compared to the first. Quality control issues. 3. No half sizes.

The 8 fit my foot perfect, a 9 is too big. However the 8 is not big enough for my calves and when the buckles are adjusted the skin shows. With the 9 there is no skin showing. And adjustable tongue or the option to purchase a larger tongue would be nice.

Usually a 7 so I got an 8 bc they are platforms but they were still too small

There is no easy way to narrow down shoes that come in mens sizes. I have big feet and I can’t really fit into any of the unisex shoe styles and it was really difficult to find shoes that actually fit my feet. After digging through y’all’s site for awhile I only found a small handful of shoes that fit. Then when I did actually find a size that fit my order got canceled for unknown reasons.

Hi! Love all Demonia products, but you used to put compliment Keychains along with my shoes inside the packages. And now you stopped, knowing I'm a returning customer! Not nice...
