This is now the 3rd pair of Demonia boots that have fallen apart, same issue on all 3, the heel detaches from the boots.
I’m unable to get a return or replacement as I’ve had the boots around a year, the last pair I purchased around 8 months ago and waited to wear them till after the summer months. I have several times bought boots and don’t wear them straight away.
Again the heel has detached from this pair, for £180 the quality is really bad and I’ve found this with other pairs I’ve spent between £110 and £180 on. I don’t wear them everyday even though for the price of them they should be higher quality and withstand everyday use.
I’m more and more disappointed with the reoccurring issues with demonia boots, it seems that over the years the quality has massively be compromised but they still charge a high price for the footwear.
Unlikely to buy anymore as I’m not willing to part with that much money for boots I know will fall apart after minimal use.
It’s a shame because the design styles are fantastic but the quality of work on the boots is really bad.
As I stated because I purchase boots as and when I see a pair I like, sometimes it’s months before I wear them so I’m not eligible for a refund or replacement.
I’m really annoyed that yet again I’ve paid £180 for a pair of boots that have broken after only a few wears. So disappointing and I’m honestly done wasting my money.

DEFECTIVE DEMONIA BOOTS
I ordered a pair of reflective camel platforms back in march of this year. i have only worn them twice and both heels are starting to come unglued.
I wore them once back in April for a 3hour show and took the boots off as soon as I got back to the hotel and put them back into the plastic sleeves with the cardboard inserts and paper stuffing, then back into the box they came in.
They have remained in that box until last Friday, when I wore them to work. I work a desk job that does not require much movement at all and at the end of the day, I noticed that the glue line was visible all the way around the back of each heel and upon further inspection, the inner padding is exposed a bit on one heel and the glue line is visible along the sides as well.
If I were to attempt to wear them a 3rd time, they would definitely rip the rest of the way. I have literally only worn these boots for a total of maybe 10 hours, once for 3 hours at a concert and once for 6.5 hours sitting at a desk.
I contacted customer service regarding this issue and was told it would be reviewed by a manager and someone would get back to me shortly. after 4 days with no reply, I began messaging for the next 3 days with no reply until today, I received an automated response that basically told me nothing could done. I guess I'm stuck with these unwearable boots and out $63.
EDIT* super shady that there are ZERO 1 star or 2 star reviews on the official site but there are DOZENS on here. I posted my experience to their reviews via the link sent after a purchase is made and it still has not been added to their existing reviews. I wish I had read all of these bad reviews before making my initial purchase but unfortunately, I only read the on-site reviews. Lesson learned!
EDIT*
This is the most unhelpful response. Their "practical solution" is I should glue my own shoes back together??
Maybe they should have been glued properly to begin with!! Brand new shoes shouldn't rip apart after 2 wears!! They should include a free tube of Shoe Goo with every purchase instead of free stickers.
UPDATE*
my review was posted on the official site but they filtered out 3 of 5 photos that i attached. SHADY!!!
UPDATE*
Try again, there's still a photo missing! It looks like you attached a duplicate photo from the emails that I initially sent to customer service. Three sides of the boots are coming unglued and you, for whatever shady reason, chose to filter out 1 of 3 photos showing this defect. Shame on you!
UPDATE*
No, there was only 2 photos when my review finally was published on your site. after coming back to edit THIS review and call you out, THEN you added the other photos!! saying that you can't add photos to my review is an outright blatant LIE because that is exactly what you did!!
UPDATE**
WOW! Now there's magically all 5 photos attached to my review! This company is seriously dishonest and shady AF. I have checked my review on your site every time I have updated this one and watched it change from only 2 photos, to 4 photos, and now after calling you out, all five photos. You should be more than ashamed at how this has all been handled, you should be embarrassed of these cheaply made, defective boots I'm stuck with.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for providing the detailed photos of your reflective camel platforms. We have carefully reviewed them.
Based on our assessment, the shoes appear to have been significantly worn, and as they were purchased nine months ago, we are unfortunately unable to process them as a manufacturer's defect under our defect policy.
While we cannot offer a refund or replacement in this instance, we want to help you find a practical solution. The slight separation you've described can often be effectively repaired with a strong shoe glue, which is readily available at most general retailers like Target or Walmart. This should restore the integrity of the heels and make them wearable again.
We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with our customer service team and for any frustration this situation has caused. We are continuously working to improve our response times.
We want to clarify a few points regarding our review process as well:
We do not filter or hide critical reviews. On our official site, we have published nearly 900 one and two-star product reviews because we believe in transparency. All reviews that include photos (like yours) are held for a manual moderation process before being published. This is a necessary safety measure to screen for inappropriate content. Update: Your review was published after being reviewed. Note that we cannot add photos to reviews, all images published were provided at the time of your review.

Hi Monique,
We reviewed the information you provided, but the reference number doesn't correspond to anything in our system - not an order number, payment ID, customer service ticket ID, or anything else we can locate. Unfortunately it is possible you purchased from another retailer or potentially a fake website pretending to be Demonia.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced with your order delivery.
Upon reviewing your case, we see that this was an isolated shipping error by the carrier, not a standard restriction. We have confirmed that your full refund has been processed and should be reflected in your account within the standard 3-5 business days.
We truly appreciate your patience and are very sorry that we were not able to get your order to you as expected.

Long Wait, Damaged on Arrival
I was excited to get these shoes and I was really disappointed with the quality and service. My exchange for a larger size took 4 weeks, and one of the insoles was already peeling straight out of the box. Poor quality and slow service.

Creeper-260 shoes fell apart after 2 wears
Bought a pair of Creeper-260 shoes. Lifted the strap a little bit to adjust and the entire buckle broke and fell off. It took weeks for customer service to even answer, and after a lot of hassle, I finally got a refund. I left a Trustpilot review when that happened and decided to make the most of it.
Well, I fixed the shoes to the best of my ability and wore them out twice. The soles literally fell off of the shoes on the second wear. Demonias are actually hilariously bad quality and will literally fall apart in pieces after a few wears. Don't waste your time and money with this terrible brand.
