The Shoes are not even a year old and…
The Shoes are not even a year old and the bottoms are separating from the sole of the shoe. I email Support about it and no response in a week's time.

One pair of boots we got was wonderful
One pair of boots we got was wonderful. Because of this we ordered a second pair of different styled shoes in the same size. They came over a month later and the sizing was at least a size too small. We returned and exchanged them for a size up, and one of the shoes completely fell apart in the first hour worn. Will never order from Demonia again.

The packaging was really bad
The packaging was really bad, I personally think the packaging is only getting worse, this is the second time I’ve received damaged items.

The size guide was confusing and the customer service is inexistant. The refund was barely half of the price of the item.

I loved the shoes the color was beautiful but when I put my foot in one of the shoe lace holders broke and I cried still cool shoes tho

Really needs half sizes
Really needs half sizes! I am a size 7.5 normally and originally I ordered size 8, they were HUGE on me to the point of falling off my feet when I walked and moving like flip flops, so I assumed I needed to size down and exchange for size 7. The size 7s I got are way too tight. Normally size 8s are not that big on me, so I assumed Demonia's shoes ran big. Sad because now I have to find a different site to buy similar shoes from. Size inclusivity for half sizes is needed!
