Our role is to connect customers with independent, FMCSA-authorized carriers based on current market availability. The initial quote provided is an estimate based on market conditions at the time of booking. Unfortunately, carrier pricing can fluctuate due to factors such as route demand, fuel costs, vehicle type, and pickup timing. If no carrier is willing to accept the shipment at the original rate, we always contact the customer before making any changes. No price increase is ever finalized without the customer's approval. We sincerely apologize if there were any communication issues or confusion regarding your shipment. That is not the level of service we strive to provide. We value every customer's feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to review your case and address your concerns.
