This Delta LLC is such a scam. Never ever book with this company. I booked this company to transport my vehicle from Michigan to California and paid an upfront $250 deposit. They told me everything was set, and I was expecting my vehicle to be transported as agreed. About two weeks after paying the deposit and about two weeks before the scheduled delivery, they called me and asked for an additional $2,000. They gave me the same story that I have seen other customers mention—the driver was sick and they needed to find another driver. I called customer care multiple times, but they eventually blocked my number. I then called them using a different number, and they picked up. They asked me for my quote number. When I gave them the quote number, they said they could not find that particular number in their file. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like a complete scam. Once they receive the deposit, they do not properly respond or call you back. I also saw other reviews describing the exact same type of situation, where customers were asked for a large additional payment because the original driver supposedly became unavailable. And another thing that is very suspicious to me is the reviews. Whenever someone posts a low rating or negative experience, it seems like they suddenly have many positive reviews from friends or colleagues. I personally do not believe all of those positive reviews are genuine. Do not trust this company and risk losing your money. Please be very careful before giving them any deposit. I have also filed a case in court regarding this matter. If they do not refund my money, I am prepared to pursue the matter further and sue them. Such a fraudulent and dishonest experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Nondelivery of important papers. No way was driver able to drive from Florida to Pennsylvania in 6 hours and did not deliver to correct address..still have not located this package...do not use this company!

This place is absolutely the worst. The guy who I had been communicating with gave me a price, and I reserved a truck more than a month ahead of time. The day before my son's car was supposed to be shipped for college, I called because I hadn't heard anything. The guy told me there was a problem with the insurance and to find another transporter, the price was going to increase. It was stressful enough with all of the planning to get my son across the country. They still have my $200 venmo deposit, which has not been refunded, nor will this guy communicate with me in any way. What a crook! If you need a car transport, use Sargent Transport. They saved us, was able to pick up the car the following day, before our flight and charged a very reasonable fee. The car was delivered across the country 2 days ahead of time and the driver was honest and wonderful. You can track everything on their app, and chat with a live agent at anytime. I initiated the chat 2 times during the process, and both times, the gal knew everything about the car, driver, location etc. So this is a plug to NOT use Delta shipping to transport you car, and to use Sargent shipping instead.

Finn Smith is going to steal your deposit. He will communicate effectively in the beginning & once you secure everything with a deposit, you will not hear from him. You will follow up on the day before pickup and he will not respond. On the day of pickup, he will not answer any questions & instead say he is still trying to resolve. I have been asking for my refund since 8/24 & he claims he is still trying to find a reasonable solution. The only reasonable solution when the car hasn’t been picked up when it was supposed to is a refund of deposit, is it not? Do not trust the good reviews. I would not be surprised if he is writing them himself. Please read the one star reviews. You will see that this company steals deposits!

Don’t trust them. Finn still has not returned my deposit. They did not provide service but still kept my deposit.

This is a massive FAUD....They will steal your money....THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY....Do not give a cent to these people, this is a complete faud, its about 3 people that are all totally scammers....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

Delta shipping llc is a SCAM and FRAUD. Received a quote for $1499 for a vehicle shipment. I made the booking and paid a $500 deposit. Immediately after paying their communication became erratic and I could not get information on my shipment. I received texts to the wrong name or with the wrong information but no responses to my request for updates or information. I finally got a call the week of my shipment and the representatives spent 5 minutes talking at me about their issues and then stated it would be an additional $5500. During the call they did not even know my pick up date. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.
