Delta FaucetReviews of deltafaucet.com

Delta faucet quality has much degraded these days. I bought 2 delta faucets 25896LF-BN-ECO in 2024, one already has an internal leak inside the faucet that is not fixable. I called the customer service and they decided to send me a replacement but they no longer have the model above. Instead they sent me a different model 25896LF-BN which has drastically different look and it will look ridiculously funny if 2 of them are installed in the same bathroom. While Delta faucets in the past last 10-20 years without issues, their faucets these days can not pass the test of time and what is worse, they discontinue some of their models but their newer models look drastically different. Embarrassing for a big company like Delta faucet. Not really sure what they are thinking but definitely not customers first.

I was so excited to finally replace my old kitchen faucet and both bathroom faucets. I purchased the Delta Boyd and Lacey in Champagne Bronze, a gorgeous color that I built my paint palette around. But NOBODY told me YOU CAN'T HAVE WATER SPOTS DRY ON THEM. On a water faucet, are you kidding me?? They will not come off, they spotted immediately and I've been told you can't use anything but a soft microfiber and warm water to gently wipe AFTER EVERY USE. There is no mention of this on the care of the product. I'm just livid over it. Are they going to reimburse me for the purchase AND the plumber putting them in, taking them out and putting new ones in?? Turns out I could have bought the ones with a special finish on them that prevents it for several hundred dollars more but I never saw them. What a ripoff.

I like the design and function but they squeak after a few months. I took one apart and the damn cartridge came apart. Customer service sent another and it worked fine, for a few months. I called them again thinking they had a bad batch of parts and they said it was because of my water! Wouldn't send another. I have these things in all three bathrooms, four faucets total, and they all squeak when turned on. You'll need to have plumber's silicone on hand and hope the cartridge doesn't break in two when pulled from the faucet. Poor design in total. Buy Moen.

I purchased a Delta touch faucet for my kitchen in 2016. The product did not work until Delta sent a Delta tech to my house to find the problem. The problem turned out to be a manufacturing error. Delta took care and replaced the unit. Good for them! Fast forward to 2025 and the wires on the LED ring (which were the original problem) broke. Delta customer service honored the lifetime guarantee and sent me a new ring. Unfortunately, the new ring does not fit an older faucet. Contacting customer service again and was told the ring sent was the new upgrade and the style like mine was no longer available. There is no work around and I can still use the faucet in manual mode. Well $600 for a plain manual faucet wasn't what I bought. Essentially, Delta's 'lifetime guarantee ' is a farce. I would suggest picking another brand that might stand by their commitments.

Not even two years old they want to charge me for a tool and plastic clip $36 what a joke I took grill glue inserted. It works perfect without wasting my money and time.

Have had several valve cartridge failure's with 3 different customer over the past 2 yrs. Shower valves failing after a week or 2.Deltas customer service has been less than adequate and only offer excuses. I will no longer recommend their products.

On the good side: Affordable faucet. Stylish. Good customer service. (More about that later.) On the poor side: Washers and springs failed after three years. It was almost impossible to remove the cartridge, in fact, the cartridge separated in the bottom, half could not be extracted from the faucet. I wound up simply changing the washers in the springs. Back to the good side: Customer service was incredibly efficient and sent me a new cartridge for free. Delta has a 10 year warranty on their cartridge.

Used to use delta all the time and warranty was out of this world. Now you get the run around, wrong parts and poor service. Never again, im going with Moen or Kohler
