They never delivered my faucet. When I called they promised a refund. After 30 days and 4 phone calls, I still don't have my refund. I'm a contractor and this problem has cost an issue with my customer. To make things worse, the customer service person was rude and unprofessional. They tell me a different story every time.

Really bizarre … to have a lifetime warranty honored they want the original receipt … how do you give a receipt on the purchase of a house ….

Customer service terrible. Searched by model number and placed an order. When i realized two minutes later the item presented was different than my search, customer service said two minutes was too late and they could not cancel the order. Only option was for me to pay to ship it back.

I purchased a product from their website on October 24, 2024. I returned it on November 18, 2024 never used. I have a tracking number that they received it November 20, 2024 and their policy on their website states 90 day return policy. I’ve called four times, the last being January 7, 2025 and a fifth time today with no resolution. It is January 15, 2025 and I still have not received the refund nor an answer as to why this company is holding the product and the $175.47 I originally paid them for the item, only am able to talk to a woman there who is very robotic and not willing to help. I received two case numbers, both times the refund was supposedly on the way I was told in 3-5 days. It’s a small amount but it’s ridiculous if this is their policy to try not to refund what you rightfully are entitled to. We are a local plumbing company and will not be installing any delta products nor will we service them.

I made a purchase of a recertified kitchen faucet from the Delta outlet. After removing my old damaged faucet I began to install the Delta faucet. Unfortunately the box was missing the weight that allowed the faucet sprayer to retract. I called Delta customer service and they said they would mail me the missing part. I instead requested a refund since I did not have a working faucet. A return authorization was issued but did not include cost of return shipping. I contacted customer service again indicating that Delta should pay the return shipping since their error, the missing part, was not my fault. They initially denied the request. When I indicated I would share this in a review they changed their mind and indicated that I would receive an email with a return label. It did not arrive when expected. My next contact to customer service resulted in me being told that there had been a change and that they would not pay for the return shipping. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service rep's supervisor indicated that they would take my request up with the next level of management and get back to me within 48 hours. That time has now passed. This has been one of the most frustrating interactions with a large corporation that I can remember. I advise others to avoid making any purchases from the Delta Outlet.

A kitchen faucet, 3 years old, supposedly with "lifetime warranty". It broke down on 3rd year, started leaking from base. Replaced the cartridge with a delta part, and client paid for it. Still leaking - I guess from the body itself. I called Delta customer service - show me a receipt for the cartridge, show me a receipt for the faucet, send me a video of the leak, send me this, send me that, and the call us again. I am disgusted with Delta! Client prefers to pay for a new faucet than dealing with them scammers from Delta! I am not going to use delta Fixtures ever again. Only Kohler, and American Standard!

Purchased two Delta faucets new in the box. Professionally installed. One found to be defective by a hired professional licensed plumber. I contacted Delta Faucet Customer Service offering to pay to return at my own expense, so they could learn from the quality issue. They refuse to send a replacement faucet. Over an hour on the phone with three separate people from Customer Services (Simone, Jonathan and Reva) only to get they same messaging. They will not stand behind their brand and replace the defective faucet. Poor, poor, poor! I emailed Jill Ehrens, President, requesting for her to engage. I expressed I didn’t believe this was the quality or customer service she would desire under her leadership. I really do hope she will, to correct the issue.

Purchased new Delta kitchen faucet, had it installed by licensed plumber set up by Lowe’s, where I purchased it. After 2 weeks it started tip-off get harder to swivel left to right. Contacted Delta and was asked to send purchase info and picture. Did so immediately. 3 days later another email from delta asking for the same info. Replied. 2 days later another email from Delta stating they would resolve the issue that day. Nothing. Sent email to Delta reminding them they promised to resolve the issue. Nothing. Faucet issue getting worse so another email to Delta. I recommend you go with a different company if you need a new faucet.
