Delta FaucetReviews of deltafaucet.com

Delta Faucet widespread bathroom faucet installed 2022 handle cover cracks. Contacted Delta and two weeks later a new set of handles arrived, and my plumber installed them. Very happy with the process and service from Delta, had to send photos and model number with issue explained, I also still had a receipt from 2022.

I rarely give a review this positive but I simply can't deny this company credit for the exceptional customer service I was provided. I started having issues with my hydro rain dual shower head. I exhausted all other options (product manual, online forums, youtube etc) before resorting to contacting Deltas customer support team via live chat. Like many companies these days the initial chat was between myself and an A.I. bot. But unlike most other companies once I was alerted I was being transferred to a real person, I didn't have to wait forever to connect, within 30 seconds I was conn and chatting with my support specialist Christina. I explained the issue, provided basic information and provided a few photos they requested. In less than 30 minutes from first starting the live chat Christina informed me I would be receiving a total replacement of my shower head system at no charge. No fuss, no hassle, no need to provide endless details or "proof" of anything. Just a general idea of when it was first purchased (which was nearly 3 years ago btw) and it wasn't a problem when I couldn't recall for certain where it had been purchased from. I had gone into this expecting, at best, a troubleshooting guide to follow to fix the problem I was having so to come out of it with a whole new replacement system, with no cost to me was beyond my wildest dreams. I highly recommend reaching out to their support team (via their direct website) for any needs regarding a delta faucets product. They will take care of you!

Great customer service. While we went back and forth several times with parts to repair in an attempt to trouble shoot the problem, in the end they sent me a new faucet. They were helpful and friendly every step of the way.

I really appreciate Delta for working with me recently by providing the replacement cartridge to my Delta monitor tub faucet. I was able to find a plumber willing to work with me too by charging me less if I provided the part. I have eye doctor appointments to worry about and really needed the help this time. It didn't even take too long to get the part. I'm grateful. Thank you Delta.

Had my faucet for a year. It developed a problem with the finish. Reached out to Delta via phone. it was a busy time and there were 31 people ahead of me! Delta should add more service reps in those conditions. I decided to try the chat without much faith that I'd get the help I needed. (only 5 people in front of me) To my surprise, the chat rep was exceptional. Asked me to upload a couple of photos of the problem and asked how I'd been cleaning the faucet. Upon satisfactory photos and answers, a new part was shipped out the next day! Thank you Delta for standing behind your products.

I recently had a failure of the faucet head on a kitchen faucet that I purchased more than 5 years ago. After calling Delta Customer Service, I was absolutely shocked to discover that my Delta faucet had a lifetime warranty. After dealing with two different customer service associates to receive my replacement, I am so appreciative that someone still does their job well!!

Contrary to several reviews I’ve read, our experience with Delta has been quite fantastic. My wife and I have a custom built home that was finished in 1989, all of our showers are Delta, supplied by the original owner who was a plumbing heating and A/C contractor. All four of the Delta showers are working still today and the finishes are still in excellent shape. We had a problem with one of the showers and with the help of the Delta rep it was rectified to our complete satisfaction at no cost to us! This service was way above what anyone could ask for from a manufacturing company. We will continue to use Delta for our plumbing requirements now and in the future.

Customer service was great!! You can actually understand the people you talk too. They were very helpful and gave me some way I could fix my faucet by myself but when that didn’t work, they sent me a new part free of charge I would highly recommend Delta faucets. It’s a great product with good customer service.
