What a piece of crap!!! And they don’t even care enough to hear from consumers to have a way to do so!!! I bought a touchless kitchen faucet, had it installed by a plumber, and it is psychotic. It operates how IT wants to operate. To have it removed in order to return it would cost even MORE money, so my only option is to unplug it and make it a VERY expensive plain old faucet. DO NOT BUY DELTA!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a touch faucet less than two years ago....without warning the water stopped so we called Delta (they were closed it was Sunday)..so we used the paperwork and the internet to troubleshoot the problem..i then called Delta and explained that based on the troubleshooting we did it seemed that the spout assembly would need to be replaced...they told me to give them the number on the white tag located on the hose..i called back and gave them that..they then told me that in order to troubleshoot the faucet it would need to installed...REALLY??????..i had to remove it and replace it with a cheaper one just so that I could have water on a Sunday!...they were not helpful at all...told me to call back with pics..but that it probably wouldn't help since the faucet is no longer installed...WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM DELTA AGAIN! YOU ARE SLIPPING FOR SURE!

I had Delta faucets installed throughout our entire house when we built it 1.5 years ago. I was told that Delta had excellent customer service. I had a faucet handle fail and will only spin without turning on the water. I tried to buy one at Home Depot and couldn't find what I needed. I was told to contact Delta so I did. The first person I spoke with sent me a link to send a picture of the faucet but the link wouldn't work. She asked to put me on a brief hold and we were disconnected. Noone called me back and she got my phone number early in the call. I called back and got a young man who pretty much started the conversation arguing with me that I didn't have a Delta faucet which was a lie. I have a picture of the faucet with the word "DELTA" etched on the spout. After I told him he was wrong all he would say was "after researching the faucet, your faucet isn't a Delta. So, the customer service being so great with Delta is a farce. Just because they say it doesn't make it true. For someone to blatantly lie to me about what brand of faucet I have when I'm looking at the brand name on the faucet is terrible customer service. So, if you like being lied to and argued with by a "customer service representative", buy Delta but don't buy Delta and expect great customer service like I did just to be proven wrong.

I paid more than I normally would have for a faucet because I thought the touchless feature would be worth it. The touchless feature on my delta faucet has NEVER worked. The touch feature has worked but not touchLESS. I watched the videos and made the adjustments they recommended. No improvement. I called Delta, they sent me a new solenoid. I replaced it. Touchless still did not work. Life is busy, so I left it as-is for a few more months. Now the faucet doesn't even turn on (with the handle or touch) until it has been tapped at least 20 times. I just called Delta again. They said they can send me a new solenoid or give me 50% off a new faucet. Why would I pay $300+ for the faucet I have that has NEVER worked properly - toss that money down the drain and pay Delta even more money for a new product from them!?!? Ridiculous. I will never buy a Delta again!

This company is posting ghost jobs. Wasted my time applying for a career at Delta Faucet only to get the following response: We will not be scheduling interviews or moving forward with this position at this time. Thank you for your interest.

Will never buy a DELTA faucet again. Faucet is faulty and they will not replace it. Have to jump through hoops, had plumber out and he said inside it was a weld that is bad, that is why it is leaking and needs to be replaced. Not good enough, they want me to take the faucet apart myself and take a video of the inside and it leaking. I already had the plumber do that, no way am I messing with the faucet, I am not a plumber. What a joke! Lost a good customer.

Bought a Delta bathroom faucet from Lowes. First, the cold water stopped working a few months after install. A plumber friend says likely it's a bad cartridge. Have only used hot water for months. Recently decided I was going to fix because now the hot water handle is sticking as well - hard to turn. I'm just going to replace it. Same plumber friend tells me to buy Quality - and Delta from Lowes ain't it.

The Delta VoiceIQ faucet fails at the most basic requirement: maintaining a stable connection during setup. The VoiceIQ module powers on, enters a flashing green state, and broadcasts its network as expected. I can connect to it, but within seconds the connection drops and the device transitions to a flashing red/green state. After that, it becomes unresponsive and cannot complete setup. I validated this across multiple configurations: • Dedicated 2.4 GHz network • Brand new router with separated bands • Mobile hotspot testing • Full power cycles and resets The behavior is consistent every time. This points to a fundamental flaw in the module’s connectivity or firmware, not an environmental issue. A product at this price point should not require this level of effort just to initialize, especially for a core feature. What’s more concerning is that this is not an isolated experience. There is a clear pattern of similar failures reported by other users, which suggests this is a systemic reliability issue. The concept is strong, but the execution is not ready for real-world use. This product adds complexity without delivering dependability. Bottom line: Until the connectivity issues are addressed at the product level, this is not something I can recommend.
