Have owned Delta for years but recently they refused to honor their warranty. Major change at corporate, won’t buy them anymore!

I wish i would have seen this site before purchasing my Delta Essa Touchless Faucet (9113TLV-RB-DST). These faucets absolutely suck. I have had two of them and they both exhibit the same symptoms. Touchless will work for about 3 -5 weeks and then stops. I will never purchase another Delta faucet again. After countless hours on the phone with support, I have come to the conclusion that they sell inferior products and they do not care about product quality. I hope this helps someone make a decision before buying this brand.

This is the 4th Delta Sparrow bathroom faucet we have bought and had to return. After we get them installed, we go to put the water on. We have low low water pressure. Which got the aerator edits as it said in the aerator was clogged with all plastic parts! The first two we bought whoever was on the assembly line put the handles on the wrong way. we just got two more last night at Lowe’s and one is fine and the other one has the same problem. The one side that did have water flow when the aerator was off is spitting out all pieces of internal plastic parts.

I can see why delta has an approval rating of 2.1. I just bought a delta shower head at Lowe’s and there wasn’t a military discount. The cashier said some company’s don’t allow a military discount.

I BOUGHT SHOWER SET #107528. THE SHOWER HEAD IS USELESS. THE FORCED WATER CONTROL FEATURE FROM DELTA SHOWER HEAD GOES AROUND MY HAIR AND NOT THROUGH IT. I CANNOT WASH MY HAIR. I NOW HAVE TO WASH IT IN THE KITCHEN SINK. I PAID HUNDREDS TO GET IT INSTALLED ......I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE $400, COST OF INSTALLATION

Terrible quality and finish. Within a month of installing a $300+ all around the house believing more “expensive” faucets will last longer, the finish started to deteriorate. Customer service was quick to blame hand soap…

I have a Delta kitchen faucet that has a lifetime warranty. The faucet is damaged, leaking, and corroded, but the agent and supervisor refused to replace it. They said that I had to provide "irrefutable" evidence that the faucet is at fault. I sent them 2 sets of pics which show as much of the damage as i could without taking it apart. To me the pics were convincing. The supervisor still refused and eventually was rude about. I am big on customer service, and doing what you promised. I did not like them playing "loopholes". Will never buy Delta again.

I recently purchased a Delta bathtub faucet a couple months ago. I received a faulty product that has been leaking nonstop. When I contacted Customer Service, they agreed to send me a new parts since it was pretty new. The order confirmation was correct but they shipped me something completely different and I receive some bathroom sink handles. When I called Customer Service they agreed to send a new replacement valve like they were supposed to originally. Even though it was their fault, they told me I would have to wait up to eight days for it to arrive. When I asked to get the shipping expedited, they refused even if I were to pay for it. They told me to go to a store and purchase the valve that I need myself and then I could send it to them to request reimbursement for the piece. I will never purchase a Delta product again.
