I had to call them 3 times to cancel my policy, within 30 days period I did not receive my money back. 30 days money back guarantee only on a paper. A month later they fed me with promises "We sent you a check please wait 14 days" a few weeks later I called them and they said "We didn't send you the check we will send it within next few days. Again call them to confirm if it was sent and they say yes, waited for the check 14 days and didn't come. I called them they said again we will send it soon. So I'm fighting with them for a few months just to get my legal "30 days money back guarantee" and they still can't send me my money back

DON'T DO IT
DON'T DO IT, THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!
I purchased an extended service contract from them in anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. I was assured that if i bought this contract in advance of purchasing the vehicle that there would be ZERO hassle to receive a full refund if the sale of the vehicle did not go through.
WELL GUESS WHAT....I did not purchase the vehicle and all I get now from Delta is the runaround!! I have literally called them 4 times and have been promised a call back. NOT ONCE have they called me back.
The only time I spoke with someone he repeatedly offered me to transfer the contract to another vehicle of mine. I refused this offer a minimum of 5 times but he would not take no for an answer. Once I told him that I had no time for the games, he promised me that I would receive the proper form via e-mail to apply for my refund. I have never received this.
As far as I am concerned this Company is a Sham and are incredibly Unethical in their business practices. REFUND ME NOW for a product that I never received as per your published policies!!!! 30 Day money back guarantee, YEAH RIGHT!!

This is the worst warranty company I…
This is the worst warranty company I have ever experienced and may be the worst company I have ever experienced period. When you have a claim they do not even bother denying it or reducing the charge, they just don't return any calls, emails or faxes. You make a claim, they say they are reviewing it and then they stop responding. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email and fax and they just do not respond. DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They are quick to take your money, deny your claim and impossible to speak with anyone. They use bait and switch tactics and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If you own a repair shop beware
If you own a repair shop beware. Twice I had to file complaints with the proper government agencies to get payment. They paid then, but lied about what happened stating we never sent paperwork or called. Like people will take time to file a complaint instead of calling them to ask for payment. One of their managers made sarcastic comments when I said how long was I waiting for payment.

Runaround and blatant lies
Runaround and blatant lies. Do not give them your money.
I purchased a third-party extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect. Recently I created a claim due to a loud high-pitched noise my engine began making. I took my car to a garage meeting Delta's requirements, and the garage determined that the noise was caused by my alternator belt tensioner, tensioner pulley, and idler pulley, which had been damaged by a major oil leak caused by a failure of the oil filter housing profile gasket.
Delta told the garage that they would cover the cost of the gasket, but that the other parts do not fall into the category of "Covered Parts" in my contract. I reviewed my contract, which states: "WE will arrange for the repair or replacement of COVERED PARTS, and any component damaged by a COVERED PARTS." I contacted Delta brought the last half of that sentence to their attention and was faced with a barrage of shifting excuses for why the parts weren't covered. This all took place over at least a dozen calls where I had to leave a message with a promise of a call back which never took place. I had to call over and over and over and insist upon speaking to someone about the issue.
When I pointed out that the garage had determined that the parts had been damaged by the covered part, Delta claimed that the oil filter housing gasket was not a covered part, and that they had agreed to cover it only as a gesture of goodwill. So I pointed them to the provision of the contract that explicitly covered the gasket. I was told that it would be reviewed and someone would call me back.
Many calls later, when I finally was connected with someone, I was told that Delta had reviewed a recording of the call from the garage, and the garage had made no connection between the oil leak and the failed alternator components. I know that this isn't true for multiple reasons.
1- I have the garage's write-up on the diagnosis which explicitly states the cause of failure as the parts being "contaminated with engine oil".
2- Before taking your car to a mechanic, you are required to first make a claim with Delta. Issues found that are unrelated to the claim are not covered.
3- I asked for a copy of this supposed audio recording, at which point the floor manager to whom I had been escalated said, "I don't actually have an audio recording, but I don't need one because I'm the one who took the call from the garage." I asked why he said that he had reviewed an audio recording and he said, "I meant that I have notes from my call with them." I asked why a floor manager would have taken a standard call from a garage and he said, "That's just how things work here." He refused to escalate the call to his supervisor.
This is one of the worst experiences dealing with a company that I have ever had in my entire life. Delta is a horrible, dishonest company. I recommend not giving them your money.

Not a good expedience.Poor…
Not a good expedience.Poor communications, slow payment, haggle with mechanics over price, puts the warranty holder in state of conflict with repairmen.
I have had two repairs on my warranty. The first repair was done through an independent mechanic. His estimate was fair and below the Ford Dealers price. Over a 4 day period and poor communications, haggling, Delta finally agreed to pay less than mechanic wanted for the repair. I had to make up the difference or find another shop to repair my truck, I also had to pay the bill out of pocket, two days later Delta reimbursed the mechanic and I got a partial credit back from shop..
The Second repair was worse. This time I took the truck to Ford so I could perhaps avoid the haggling part and just have Delta pay the "Ford" rate. Similar experience poor communications and refusal to pay full amount. Delta wanted a parts discount and to reduce the labor. Ford did not want to budge, after a couple of days and again severely poor communications from Delta I told the dealer I would guarantee payment, I needed my truck. Once again I got stuck paying the bill in full for them to release my truck. I also got stuck paying for the the portion that Delta would not cover. .
So now I'm waiting for a check from Delta more then 30 days out of pocket. Both Mechanics not happy with experience.
I sent emails to Delta and have no response..
