I had to press down really hard to slow the vehicle. It was a scary moment for me. I exited the highway and pulled over to make a phone call to Delta. I have had Delta extended auto coverage since buying my used car. Barbara in customer service arranged for a tow truck to take my car to a local garage. The problem was the vacuum on my brake. They immediately took care of my problem. All I had to pay was a low deductible to cover all the work they did. Thank you Delta for being there when I needed you.

I was headed north on I95 20 miles from home to go to work. Right before arrival, I stopped at the gas station and experienced car trouble when I tried to crank the vehicle back up and it was unsuccessful. I spoke with a rep from company to come up with a solution. The company directed me to a few mechanics to diagnose the issue. Turns out the starter was not very functional. Fortunately, I was able to get the car towed to a nearby shop for minor repair to that issue, as well as given a ride to work minutes within expected arrival time.

The dry Arizona heat drained my battery and I needed a jump to start my vehicle. I called customer service for assistance. The customer service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. She arranged for a truck to arrive within an hour to provide a jump. The driver arrived and was very professional and friendly, and got my vehicle started. All I needed to pay was my deductible. Good evening, there was plenty a problem with my air conditioning and the way it ran from day to day. Some days were worst than others where I had to go without cold air sometimes and sweat like I had just came from the gym. Luckily Delta Auto Protect arranged to have my air conditioning troubles fixed. They expedited the claims process, and was very pleasant to work with. I will not hesitate to renew my policy. The thing I like about Delta Auto Protect is the fact that I get to take my vehicle to a mechanic of my choice that I know is ASE certified and knows my vehicle. Customer service representative were also very helpful and courteous and made my policy make sense so I know that it fits my needs. I would definitely recommend them.
