When I discovered Delsey Paris luggage
When I discovered Delsey Paris luggage, I knew I just had to have it! I ordered one piece but the other piece I wanted is on backorder. Latisha has been wonderful about replying to my emails and giving me excellent, accurate info. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, but this was wonderful!

Great aftersales service
Great aftersales service. The handle of my suitcase broke after a year's use. The customer service immediately offered me a replacement. Then the zipper of the replacement suitcase broke a few years later. The friendly customer service promptly ordered me yet another replacement. Very impressed by the very responsive and friendly customer service team! (My interactions were with the Benelux and DACH teams)
