Vraiment ne vous laissez pas arnaquer. Je joue tous les jours avec espoir de gagner ne serait ce qu’un petit billet le RTP est très bas les jeux sont truqués de A à Z. Ils proposent le retrait instantané mais attention ça ne pose pas de problème en cas de retrait 50€/100€ dès que vous avez enfin gagner une petite somme ( comme moi maintenant et on parle de 1000 euro) le virement bancaire est indisponible et on ne sait pas vous dire jusqu’à quand. Unhappy and disappointed — disputed $1,400 withdrawal sent to a crypto wallet I do not have.
I have been a customer of Del Oro Casino for over Three years and deposited more than CAD $40,000 during that time. I have withdrawn over CAD $20,000, always using Interac e-Transfer. I do not have a cryptocurrency account and have never used crypto for casino withdrawals.
Recently, I won CAD $4,000 and requested withdrawals under the casino’s CAD $1,400 daily limit. My first CAD $1,400 was sent correctly by e-Transfer. However, 24h later the second CAD $1,400 was allegedly sent to a cryptocurrency wallet — an account I have never owned and never authorized.
I am extremely unhappy with how this has been handled. Instead of providing clear proof that the payment was made to my verified withdrawal method, I have been given conflicting explanations and no satisfactory resolution and dodging of my questions . I have asked for the funds to be returned to my casino balance or paid through my normal Interac e-Transfer method, but the issue remains unresolved.
After being a loyal customer for 3 years, this experience has completely damaged my trust in Del Oro Casino. I expect a proper investigation, transparent transaction records, and immediate correction of this unauthorized withdrawal. AskGamblers refuses to follow through with my complaint and this is all really awkward given all the conflicting answers theve been providing me. Unfair account blocking
I was really enjoying this casino; it seemed to be one of the best I'd played at until I tried to complete my KYC verification and it kept rejecting me even though I was doing it correctly, and suddenly it closed my session and when I tried to log in again I got a message saying that my account I was blocked and told to contact support. I tried the live chat and they said they couldn't help me and that I should contact them by email, which I did, but I still haven't received one answer and I've been waiting for over two weeks, but I'm still in the same situation with no response through any means of contact.

Ne jouez surtout pas, escroquerie a 1000% , Il m'ont fait gagner une petite somme, puis ils ont commencé à me pomper, 1000€ en une soirée sans rien gagné.

Attention ! Ne payes que par tranche de 1500/ jour dans l’espoir que les gains soient rejoués et que les gros gains ne soient jamais payés. Complètement inadapté pour des High roller. Même en déposant 5000 € dans la journée, ils refusent de payer plus que 1500 € par jour. Et quand on résiste et qu’on patiente gentiment, ils inventent des excuses pour arrêter de payer.
