We are glad that you like our ring. We show estimated ship out date at product pages right below "Add to Cart" button as well at shopping cart page next to "Subtotal". When we ship out your ring on 5/15, our system automatically sent you a shipping confirmation email. (Sometime it goes to a spam folder) Thank you for your comment and we will try our best to enhance our web site for the better shopping experience.

We are very sorry. When we reviewed your order, engraving text was not provided to us. (You can check your order confirmation email) We just emailed you a USPS return label. We will engrave up to 28 characters including spaces if you return the ring to us. Once again we are very sorry for your inconvenience.
