Overall, I think buying jewelry on the internet appears to be a mistake. I will say they didn't object to a return/exchange and even gave me a larger size at the same price. That's very fair conduct. But their rings are perhaps a full size smaller than a standard ring sizer measurement including the tape measure they include with the ring. Even sizing up with the exchange it's not a ring comfortable enough to wear every day. I'll wear it to special occasions and when seeing family but that's it. Despite getting the "standard" weight as opposed to the light, the ring are light and feel insubstantial. And the customer service is very slow. You get the impression you are dealing with someone working from their garage. Almost 2 weeks between my first ring being returned to them before the exchange got to me. Their service tends to be auto-response emails followed by long periods of silence where you wonder if you've been forgotten. But they are probably busy because their rings are cheap. But unfortunately that's what they look and feel like too. Like, I'd be embarrassed to take it off and let someone handle and examine it.
