Publix SupermarketsReviews of delivery.publix.com

Publix and instacart need to communicate better bc I'm tired of things being out of stock. Hate how instacart prices will be higher than in store. Some item descriptions will not match the photo. That needs fixed. Also mad at Publix since all 3 locations in my town of Gallatin, TN stopped selling the chobani cookie dough creamer which is my favorite. The manager of 1 said it's limited edition and they replaced it with the peppermint mocha flavor. I reached out to chobani themselves and they said Publix should still be carrying it and it's not limited edition. They have both flavors. So I'm pissed. Now have to drive 20 min to a nearby target to get the cookie dough one when I shouldn't have to.

Excellent Shopper, Delivery, and very prompt. I had used Instacart in Cullman, Alabama. The experience was disastrous. The order was canceled. I realize it was the availability of shoppers. I rated Instacart One Star. Bottom line instacart service depends on locations. I’m glad to have Instacart!

Great place to work

Publix is a great place to shop. My experience shopping at Publix is always amazing.

Their fruit is far better then Walmarts fruit and lasts longer but the price is so high, it's unaffordable. A lot of their food is priced way higher. I'd like to ship their more but simply cannot afford it unless they have items on sale

Publix is great, but Publix DELIVERY is HORRIBLE

Custom order Publix subs are delicious! You can preorder or walk up to the counter and order. They have a variety of subs to pick from or they can make it just the way you want it. Portions are very generous, ingredients are fresh, bread is like just baked, and I will order from them again without hesitation.
