They are worst big time lier.
They are worst big time lier. I applied for an LLC and EIN all went well when I asked about ITIN they said it takes 4-6 weeks .I paid the full amount (27th Aug 2020) and when today I checked with them they are telling me it takes 14 weeks minimum still on there website it says 4-6 weeks a big fat lie .

There is a delay in EIN-ITIN transactions that is unrelated to us due to the corona virus outbreak. average processing times increased to 14 weeks or more. 4-6 weeks information on our website refers to our standard processing time and is not valid for the epidemic process. Not responding
Everything was fine at the beginning. But we can not get any response to our emails for 4 months after our application for ITIN. No answers to emails, no reply to calls. We made the payments. I even told them that I will share my negative experience online. But they don't care or reply anymore. Last reply was on 5/15. I am not sure if they are dead or sort of a problem regarding Covid exists.

I still have not received muy papers…
I still have not received my papers since I contracted the service in March. I had to call several times for the initial response to the creation of my Delaware Corp. I made online, and after many calls I received the corp name registered, but I'm still waiting for the Corp. File and the minutes. All this since March 2019
