E-Government LLCReviews of delawarefile.com

Maria is very helpful, and solve the my robinhood application problem, and renewed my ITIN.

Delivered my EIN and ITIN

My journey with e-Government LLC has been a rollercoaster. Initially, I was optimistic about their services, especially given their claimed IRS-authorized status. However, I was met with a lack of communication right after making my payment. I was left in the dark for a couple of weeks, which is particularly unsettling when dealing with matters as serious as government services. I felt compelled to voice my concerns publicly, after which the company accused me of creating a fake TrustPilot page—an allegation I vehemently deny. I've been transparent about my identity and used verified accounts for my reviews. I want to let you know that after I raised my concerns, communication was renewed, and the services I paid for were eventually delivered, albeit five months later. While I can't ignore the initial lack of responsiveness and the time it took to fulfill the service, they ultimately came through. So, if you're considering e-Government LLC, be prepared for potential communication gaps, but know that they did, in my case, eventually deliver on their promises.

I recently used this company's services to obtain my ITIN number, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Their communication was crystal clear, and they promptly answered all of my questions throughout the process. It took around 3 months to receive my ITIN, which was reasonable and within the expected time frame. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and efficient service. They made the process of getting my ITIN number seamless and stress-free. Thank you for your exceptional support!

The service was perfect the person who I talked to was really kind and they were really fast with process. Thank you for everything.

Not sure if this company is truely legit. I signed up for a registerd agent and only received a receipt. No other information was sent no one answers their phone. There is also no voice mail.

We were able to find answers to all of our questions about establishing a company in the USA.Their service was very good and quick. They helped us a lot. Thanks about it.

We open a Delaware llc from Germany and the service was fantastic, as fast as possible and even helped with opening the bank account . Duly recommended!
