We had a fantastic experience with Del-Air today for our AC repair and routine maintenance. The technician, JERRY COAKLEY, was incredibly professional, fast and efficient. He explained exactly what was wrong with my system. We highly recommend asking for Jerry Coakley if you need service!

Our 19-year-old home air conditioner was finally beginning to fail. This system was originally installed by Del-Air, as part of new construction by Engle Homes in 2007. Del-Air did an amazing job, from sales to installation. The salesperson worked very hard to find us a system that would fit our budget. There were some structural issues with the support housing for the air handler. Before installing the system, Del-Air completely rebuilt the air handler housing, prior to installing the air handler. All this was done at no additional cost and completely unexpected, because of the more than reasonable price of the HVAC system. Following the installation, the technicians gave us information on proper care, use, and maintenance of the system. At our request, all this work was done early on a Sunday morning. We are customers for life.

Thank you Julian, Del-Air technician, for your prompt attention to my HVAC problem. After a thunder storm, my HVAC handler transformer and blower were destroyed and knocked out my handler service. Parts had to be ordered and within in a day or two my problem was solved. Julian kept me informed throughout the entire process, and answered all my questions in a professional manner. The technician, Carlos Flores, was on time and introduced himself very politely. I showed him where the condenser was outside and the unit inside. He explained what he was doing as he serviced the units. He was skilled and verified that all was functioning well before he went to write his report. He mentioned that my unit is functioning well and pointed out how it maintains the humidity at 50%. I mentioned I preferred it lower and thus set it at 40%. Carlos verified that the thermostat was working well before he left. Thank you Carlos being a professional Del-Air technician.

My name is Barbara Wade, today I had my AC serviced so I must start with customer service: When I called to set up my appointment for AC service Reception answered right away in a very cheerful manner, very respectful and I truly felt like I have know her all my life. I requested for Mr. Kevin Cooper better known as ( K.C ) to perform the AC service if possible and on the 31st of Jan. 2025 I received a call to let me know that the technician was on his way and un be-known to me it was Mr. K.C he arrived on time, and answered all my question and even gave me suggestions that I can do on my own to keep my system clean. he checked my unit from top to bottom did not cut any corners and I felt very comfortable in his knowledge and workmanship is beyond reproach. K.C did an exceptional job and I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. A very personable, well spoken in a way that you can understand, very helpful. I would have him in my home anytime I need service done. Dante did an excellent job for us as our unit was working but we were not getting much air downstairs. He found that our by pass was open and we were losing a lot of our air. He closed it and now we are getting more air downstairs. He was very patient in explaining the situation so we understood it.
