On my last order, I bought a pair of Elite Velour and a pair of Elite Fenestrated for my DT1990. The Elite Velour pair was perfect and I am still using it to this day. One of my Elite Fenestrated was also perfect not the other who was badly sewed and ripped apart when I tried to put them on my headphones. I live in France and ordered from Dekoni US thinking I would get quality goods even if I had to pay heavy taxes. Well... I paid the taxes and the Fenestrated pair finished in the trash can. I didn't bother contacting Dekoni after paying such heavy taxes on my order.

Sennheiser ear pads provided a greater base, while the new balanced cable made sound generally clearer

Really happy with the pads, amazing packaging and amazing pads. You get what you pay for that's for sure, so I'll most likely purchase again from you when the time comes.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful and their products are exactly whatcthe advertised

Ok, i wish they were round the corner in my favorite store. Fortunately the webshop is a good shopping experience and i can always get the headphone accesoires i need. Support on facebook is also very good when short questions come to mind.
