Carla is the Best

Fast and easy

Good stuff. Pretty good price.

I needed a part for my boat which was impossible to get in the UK, Defender got it out to me in less than 5 days. Brilliant service.

I find that excellent prices Had a product I did use that bought about 4 months ago. They did not hassle me at all. They just returned it a gave me my money back . I think we will be using them for years Easy to deal with

I've enjoyed Defender's excellent service, huge inventory, and good prices for many years, and that usually includes same-day shipping and overnight ground UPS to me in midcoast Maine. Plus it's neat that I can save and use other addresses like marinas I've stayed in down south. I've also had the experience of making a mistake on an order and immediately getting a live human on the Defender phone who could fix it.

Excellent products and great prices, have used for years!

Absolutely the best marine supply company. I've been a boat owner and licensed captain for 45 years. Defender consistently has lower prices than West Marine and others with a much wider variety of quality equipment and supplies. Very little cheap Chinese hardware junk; many harder to find sailboat and engine parts....at times they will have a rigging part that the specialty houses won't carry. They do not have as large an assortment of the super high end electronic gizmos that West Marine and others may carry, but most of that stuff is for rich guys with unlimited budgets and vessels with waterlines longer than their I.Q.'s. The pros and knowledgeable amateurs use Defender. Delivery is fast, though at times I wish it were free. Recommend as first choice.
