I ve tried to pay a license , there was a long time to wait for acceptation og the card , so i try two times with no answer . Then i ve seen the day after i ve been charged two times , i ve paid two licenses !! i tried to email the support in order to be refund for one license and nothing happened !!! I ve been refund for the license

Très bon outil permettant de sécuriser toutes nos chansons préférées, en conservant une qualité sonore excellente, sans avoir l'inquiétude qu'elles disparaissent de la plateforme de streaming. La rapidité est impressionnante. Les métadonnées essentielles sont aussi récupérées. L'interface est facile d'utilisation, intuitive et permet d'utiliser directement des playlists, et même de classer les chansons après conversion, si cela est nécessaire.

IMPOSTEURS!!!! J'ai perdus 15euros pour rien leurs applis ne marche pas les musiques sont totalement brouilléé.

Sehr gut gelungen und einfach zu bedienen. Macht genau was es soll bis Hifi Qualität. Schade ist, dass Gapless, z.B. Live Alben nicht sauber geschnitten werden. So fehlt am Ende eines jeden Lieds immer ca. 0.5 bis 1 Sekunde, was dann den Übergang als Aussetzer wahrnehmen lässt. So kann man Live CD's per 02.10.2022 nicht korrekt herunterladen. Habe es dem Support gemeldet -> mal schauen ob da was passiert.

Deekeep has an very intuitive interface. You want to set it up to save files as you wish. It adds tag/picture to the file if you save in a format that supports this. Remember to use it for own use, if you have the original record (may even be old vinyl). It saved me a lot of time getting all the records I inhereted from my parents on my Digital Audio Player. For me the "live" speed is the best (1x). It is in fact the same as recording your old records, but without a lot of wasted time. This is legal because you own the originals. Now I can take them with me on my DAP that does not support internet. A must have to keep the emotion with you of your old records ;)

Terrible service too expensive for such a flawed app, some songs either fail to download as missing from their servers and most of the artists haven't been sorted properly, if two artists exist with the same name then all their songs will be mixed together, then there is metadata missing from the songs when download them even if the song shows in Deekeep as "blah (feat. blah blah)" it will most of the times be missing the "(feat. blah blah)" so i am forever having to rename all songs etc. The kicker for me though is when they charged me 3 times for one month of service! The first two times were bad enough so i cancelled my paypal payments then the next day after taking payment twice for one month i received an email form them saying they tried to take a 3rd payment but paypal wouldn't let them, all i can say is i am glad i cancelled paypal auto payments when i did. I dont know what error caused them to try charging me 3 times in the same week but i wont be going anywhere near Deekeep again so i don't care. Their customer service is like an indian call centre they couldn't care less what the issue is even if their fault once they have your money i all they care about. Luckily paypal didn't agree and gave me two refunds back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIR BROKEN APP!
