I recommend and endorse Deeds.com for anyone needing documents for real estate transactions in any jurisdiction. As an Ohio attorney, I consider Deeds.com the “go to” provider for reliable standardized documents, prompt service and affordable prices. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Deeds.com has my unequivocal endorsement.

I am confused. I paid $29 but can not retrieve the information. I need this information for a LLC. I really need to be able to speak with someone or email my questions and get answers. Help.

Your order was completed November 13, 2018 at 3:17 pm and the document (Deed retrieval for the property in Bernalillo County, New Mexico) has been available for you to download in your account since then. The recent messages you left for us in your account are legal questions related to the document (how to change the name on the deed) and we notified you that we do not give legal advice.

Thought these were Word docs. Want my money back.
Response from Deeds.comNov 14, 2018
That's odd Larry, this was your second order from us, no problems reported with your previous order and our website clearly states that our documents are PDFs. At any rate, we've gone ahead and canceled your order. Keep in mind, your limited license to use our document is no longer valid.

I was hoping for a general disclaimer of inheritance document but what I ended up buying was a disclaimer of property inheritance document for real estate (which doesn't apply in my case). I should have read the description more carefully so........ UPDATE - as a result of the above I was contacted by Deeds.com and was given a full refund. I am very impressed and appreciative.
Response from Deeds.comNov 14, 2018
Thank you for your feedback Mr. Lawton. We do wish you had contacted us regarding this. We have gone ahead and canceled your order and refunded your payment, we don't want anyone purchasing something from us that they do not need. Hope you have a great day. Follow up: we have updated our description of the Virginia Disclaimer of Interest document as it was a bit ambiguous in regards to being only for real estate.
