It promised to send a link to my email to finish it, but I could not get the link to work, so I began again by downloading and printing the blank form. I had always planned to complete it online, print it, and file in person. *Just a note to those who are not happy with Deeds.com not e-filing on their behalf: (1) some states do not allow e-filing, (2) it is probably safer and more secure to file any deeds of ownership yourself, in person. Online hackers are very proficient at tapping into many websites, and I feel better just buying the blank form from Deeds.com and doing the rest myself, rather than having the personal details of a deed of ownership, etc. online, and transferred between your public IP address and another. Just buy the forms and do the rest yourself. The price of Deeds.com forms is very reasonable.

The forms were easy to use, and the instructions were clear. But some of the information I needed to supply wouldn't fit into the field on the PDF, and there was no way to alter the PDF to make it fit. I used their feedback mechanism to ask them about this, and got back this friendly answer: "Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day." My account there has been closed, so I couldn't leave a review. No bad reviews, folks!
