Thanks for using DeedClaim.com, Maryann. I am puzzled by this review. You sent a request for assistance at 7:21 p.m. and we responded at 7:28 p.m., only seven minutes later. In the seven minutes between the time you asked for help and the time we responded, you left this negative review. I regret that we weren't able to meet your expectations, but I am not sure what else we could have done. We are always ready to help our customers correct any problems. I wish you had allowed us to help you before leaving this negative review.
