Customer Service has been exemplary! I received a new leather coat but I cannot wear it due to the chemical smell of the leather. I am very sensitive to smells. Customer Service issued me a partial refund so that I may take my coat to my local leather cleaner to have them clean my coat. I was very pleased that the company was so willing to work with me. Initially, I thought this company was horrible as I wasn't getting a response to my emails. Somehow, their replies were going to my spam folder. Their customer service agent, Jessica has been very helpful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about her assistance in resolving my issues.

Amazing service, delivery in less than a week. I ordered the small, I am 5"5, 138 lbs, cup size C. It fit well, not made to zip up completely, so if that is what you want, order a size up. Although personally, I think it looks better not zipped up completely.
