I always check Trust Pilot before making online purchases from companies I don't know. I am grateful for this service and happy to say that my experience with Decrum was excellent! The communication was phenomenal and the customer service was like nothing I have ever experienced! The leather jacket came from Pakistan and I love it! The quality is good and it fits nicely. The zipper seems of lower quality, as it does not slide very smoothly. Hopefully, it will last but I can't complain with such an amazing price. I highly recommend Decrum!

I ordered the long brown leather coat and it is absolutely Amazing! The colour is beautiful, the length is spot on and the waistline can be buttoned a little to give the thin waist look. Not only does it fit PERFECTLY but they actually contacted me to confirm the sizing and they helped me get the right size for my height and body. The staff were soooo helpful, I was actually shocked at how helpful and kind they were (Shoutout to Jessica) Quickly delivered aswell which was a plus. I would 100% recommend DECRUM and this coat to anyone who's considering buying, Great store!

Beatiful jacket.

I was looking for a smart jacket but I didn’t want black , I then found this pale pink biker style one, I ordered it , I went a size larger, I was contacted and given a chance to double check, and indeed I changed my order to the size below. The order was I guess delayed due to the sad situation in the world , however Decrum was giving me support and regular updates about the jacket , I was in no doubt whatever that I was in good hands , the jacket arrived and it’s perfect, it fits well and the colour is stunning, the material is soft and I enjoy wearing it, I was offered a part refund due to the delay , I did email and decline it but I still received the money I can honestly say I definitely will buy from Decrum again their customer service is 100% and there products are true to description, I have no complaints at all with these guys And again thank you for my jacket and you are an amazing group of people

Got the distressed trucker jacket...looks great and i've gotten a bunch of compliments on it...shipped quick with no issues...would purchase again.
