Lovely jacket. I ordered the vivid blue colour of the 2 layer leather jacket that had the partial hoodie underneath. Was hoping it really would be as vivid a blue as it looked on the website. Its exactly the same. Customer service is amazing, I decided after I had placed my order that I would prefer the next size up so i emailed them to ask if I could upsize the item. I sent the email late at night (between 11 and midnight) and had a lovely lady replying to me within 5 minutes or so to say they would send the next size up for me. Item was received in a sturdy close fitting (so as to not be rattling around) cardboard box, so no risk of a plastic bag ripping and the item being damaged. Would definitely buy from them again.

la giacca ordinata è stata sostituita una volta perchè troppo grande, la seconda che è arrivata al primo utilizzo si è rotta la cerniera principale quella della chiusura giacca e il materiale che la compone ha scambiato la camicia bianca che indossavo con il nero della giacca. alla mia richiesta di assistenza loro hanno risposto che avendo gia sostituito il prodotto non potevano fare niente e mi hanno offerto un buono acquisto di 20 euro a fonte di una spesa complessiva di 170 euro con le spese di restituzione. dopo l'acquisto vi abbandonano. attenzione.
